- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Stay away from them. I placed phone order for spindles and they sent wrong colour and shape in delivery. I returned them and asked for correct colour. They did not send redelivery of correct spindles. When asked for refund they say they will charge 15% in refund. I made complaint to credit card company. The Consumer Protection Regulations 2014 that such conditions should be explained at the point to sale. They sale ethics are like 1970 and have no regards for customer care and law.
